Whitney Warr joined the Coos Health Initiatives Board in 2026. She has served with the Oregon Department of Human Services since 2008 in a variety of roles within Child Welfare and Self-Sufficiency programs. Most recently, she worked as the Self-Sufficiency Program Manager for Coos, Curry, and Douglas Counties and now serves as the District Manager for these counties, supporting the Adults and People with Disabilities Program, Child Welfare Program, and Self-Sufficiency Program.

A graduate of Eastern Oregon University, Whitney is a proud lifelong resident of Coos Bay, where she lives with her husband and their three children. She enjoys spending time outdoors, baseball, theatre, and is an avid reader. Whitney values the beauty of Oregon and the strong sense of community on the South Coast.
